Melina is a luxury brand specialist, with a background in content marketing, ecommerce and through-the-line campaigns. She’s worked with the biggest names in global fashion and beauty, including Chanel, Armani and L’Oreal. She launched luxury menswear destination, Mr Porter and established a successful creative department for Burberry’s beauty business.

At JCMT, she ensures smooth delivery of our work from ideation to implementation, oversees the agency’s operations, and is the main point of contact for all our clients.



Jerome has led marketing strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Mini Cooper and Coca-Cola. Before co-founding JCMT, he was Head of Strategy at global social media agency We Are Social, working with Expedia, Adidas, Red Bull, and more.

A multi-award winning creative strategist, Jerome is the creative driving force behind JCMT. He develops content and social media strategies specifically tailored to the hospitality industry, and works closely with CEOs, hotel owners and senior staff to build digital strategies that deliver results.
